Elsie is a petite little girl who just wants to be loved. She is a velcro dog looking for her best friend. She is friendly with most dogs, ass long as the other dog is friendly. She loves to play with other dogs. She does get a bit jealous if the other dog is trying to compete with her person for cuddles. She wants to be the one in your lap and in your bed. We prefer homeowners who have prior pet ownership experience. This is not necessarily required, but is preferred. If you rent, do not contact us until you have read your rental agreement regarding pets. We will need to immediately review your contract to ensure that pets are allowed in your rental, specifically the breed and size of the dog you are applying for. We verify everything for legal reasons.
