Elsie's Story

Update 6/14
Elsie the Invincible!

This healthy, 55 pound three-year-old heeler mix is as inspirational as she is adorable! After being kennel confined for long periods, then giving birth to a litter, this sweetheart has already blossomed into an affectionate, though slightly shy pup. Adaptable to new surroundings, smart and responsive to her person, Elsie learns new behaviors rapidly. Good on the leash and in the car she would be a great traveling companion as well as hiker or camper. As loyal as she is lovable, Elsie will do her best to please whoever decides to make a place in their hearts for her.
