Elsa is making progress every day with her walking and continues to build confidence, though she’ll still need a family willing to work with her.<br/><br/>Elsa has medium energy, enjoys a calm routine, and keeps her kennel clean. A fenced yard is important for her so she can feel secure while she explores.
