She’s pretty, playful and full of love. That’s Elsa. Please read Elsa’s full profile before filling out an adoption application. Elsa is 1 yr and 8 mos old and weighs around 15 lbs. She LOVES to play with other playful dogs and is a big cuddler who wants her belly rubs. She loves going on walks and running around the yard and park. Elsa is very shy at first meeting. She just needs an experienced adopter who has had a rescue dog before and understands the 3-10 day timeline it can take for a rescue dog to feel at home. We want her to find her forever family who is patient and caring and knows in time she will be a super loving pet. We are happy to work with you as a FOSTER to adopt and also continue with her training at our cost. Precious Pals Pet Rescue's Adoption Policy

Precious Pals Pet Rescue is happy that you have decided to adopt your next dog. We are here to answer any questions that you may have regarding any of our rescued dogs you see on our page. Our adoption policy starts with filling out our adoption application that makes sure that we making the perfect match for you and for our rescued dog. If your application is approved to be a perfect fit for the dog you have applied for, we will move forward with setting up a meet and greet. If there is a match at the meet and greet, we would then follow up with a home safety check. Once we have confirmed the home is 100% safe, we will bring over the dog to finalize the adoption. We will bring the dog's paperwork, have you sign our adoption contract and then the adoption fee will be collected.
