She’s crate-trained and potty-trained, though she still has the occasional accident inside.<br/><br/>She’s shy around new people and cautious around new dogs, so she’d do best with an adopter willing to give her time to warm up. Her prey drive is strong, and a fenced yard where she can chase squirrels would make her very happy. She’s active and walks a few miles a day, sleeps well through the night, and alternates between playing and napping during the day while her foster works from home.<br/><br/>Elsa is a typical young Heeler with a lot of energy. She’ll also entertain herself with toys, and she’s learning fetch. She also loves being picked up and snuggling in a lap. Outside is her favorite place, whether that’s a neighborhood walk or a longer hike.<br/><br/>Elsa was born in May 2024, weighs 30 lbs, and has a docked tail. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and up to date on heartworm and flea prevention.<br/><br/>Elsa is looking for an active home with a fenced yard and someone patient enough to earn her trust.
