Elsa

Elsa is a 2 year old Terrier mix weighing 12 pounds. Elsa was recently returned after being adopted 8 months ago, she was originally a stray. We've learned a lot about Elsa so we can better find a home that fits her needs. Elsa is playful, cuddly and always ready to be the center of attention (separation anxiety). She is very jealous of children-a home where she is the only "child" would be best. Her jealousy comes out in behavior issues such as pooping in the childrens beds and/or nipping. She loves sunbathing, stuffed toys, treats and peanut butter. She also loves walks but needs some leash manners and is often a tripping hazard. She is fearful and nervous of men and car rides. Needs time to warm up to strangers & men. Frightened of storms and loud noises. Very unsure of men-will take time to warm up. She likes to show off her wiggles and zoomies, loves to play. Knows the command sit. Good with grooming.

Her adoption fee is $150, this includes her spay, heartworm test, vaccines current, deworming, heartworm/flea prevention and micro chipped. Her dog license is also required to be purchased for Sandusky County residents at time of adoption, which is an additional $21.00.

Please visit the shelter to meet her, we show dogs Monday through Friday 1pm-4:30pm and Saturday 1pm-3:30pm.
