That place was far from safe — lots of gatherings, barbecue events, leftover food scraps of slaughtered poultry scattered across the ground. It was no place for a gentle soul like Elsa. Her rescuer couldn’t bear to see her in such conditions and feared for her safety. Eventually, the rescuer and her husband brought Elsa home — one riding the scooter, the other gently cradling Elsa in her arms. And just like that, Elsa’s journey to find a forever home began. Elsa is full of life and loves to play with other dogs. In a pack, she naturally takes on the role of the "big sister" — always keeping things in order. But with people, she's incredibly sweet, gentle, calm and collected. She gets along with everyone she meets. Elsa has been patiently waiting for someone who will love and protect her for the rest of her life. Could you be the one she’s been waiting for?<br/><br/>----------------------------------------------<br/>Elsa :<br/><br/>@"Elsa ",s Personality: Sweet /friendly / playful / A bit shy /doesn't like big noisy <br/><br/>@ with Dog : Good, but prefer a calm /not too hyper doggy companion .<br/> She loves food/ treats , so if have other dogs , might need to feed separately .<br/><br/>@ with Kid : Good but prefer no kids under 12 years old .<br/><br/>@ with cats : NO CATS ! will chasing cats . <br/><br/>@ with New people: Friendly .<br/><br/>@ Energy level: Medium , needs about an hour exercise/ walks , twice a day .<br/><br/>@ House-training:" Elsa " is house trained .<br/>Need to take her out for pee break about 4 times a day . <br/>or she use pee pads at home.<br/>She prefer to do her business in a fenced yard or on the walks .<br/>.<br/><br/>@ Chewing issue: NO .<br/><br/>@ Barking: Not a barker .<br/><br/>@ No food / no toys possessive issues with dogs or people. <br/>But when have food with dogs , "Elsa "will try to take other dog's food.<br/><br/><br/>----------------------------------------------------<br/>@ Health:<br/><br/>@ Lily tested Heart worm POSITIVE" on July-2024 , after finished treatment .<br/>Test " Negative "on May-2025 .<br/><br/>@"Elsa " . is Vaccine Up-to-date<br/><br/>@ blood panel work done. OK<br/><br/>@ Already Spayed on Aug-2021.<br/><br/>Very healthy .<br/><br/>.<br/>-----------------------------------<br/>We are looking for a very loving family that fits the following criteria:<br/><br/>1. must be an experienced /understanding / patient and active dog owner .<br/><br/>2.. Prefer a family has no young kids under 12 years old.<br/><br/>3. Has a fenced yard or a fenced area can access from house for her pee break will be great . <br/><br/>4. If new family has another doggy playmate , prefer a calm doggy companion .<br/> or can be a only dog in the household is fine .<br/><br/>5. Can provide high quality dog food for "Elsa " .<br/><br/><br/>6. Can provide daily exercise, at least an hour / twice a day.<br/><br/>7. You are committed to provide a forever loving home to<br/>" Elsa ".<br/><br/>8.Prefer a family that will not leave her alone for long periods during the day ( less than 6 hours ).<br/><br/>9 . must be allowed on your couches . <br/><br/><br/>-------------------------------------<br/>Adoption process ---<br/><br/>1. Submit adoption application forms.<br/><br/>2. Phone interview<br/><br/>3. Home check and meet up with " Elsa "<br/><br/>4.Sign Adoption Contract<br/><br/>5.Pay Fee<br/><br/>6. Take the Pet Home<br/><br/>@Please note: after completing the adoption process, including a home check, we do not guarantee the dog you have applied for will be offered to you to adopt. The home check gives you and our volunteers an opportunity to decide if your home and this dog are a good match. We may be doing several home checks to find the best match, and our team of volunteers review all the information acquired in the process to help dogs and families find the best fit for each adoption.
