Meet Eloise, a 3-year-old, 12-pound mini poodle with a gentle heart and a love for being close to her person. After retiring from breeding life, she's learning what it truly means to be part of a family-and she's ready for a calm, patient home to help her continue that journey.<br/><br/>Eloise can be a little timid at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet and affectionate personality really shines. She loves to follow her person around, curl up nearby, and never says no to a good meal (food is definitely one of her love languages!).<br/><br/>She's potty trained (although regression could occur), walks beautifully on a leash, and enjoys car rides and strolls around the neighborhood. Eloise does best in a quiet home with older kids (12+) and people who are home often, as she thrives on companionship.<br/><br/>Eloise sleeps well in her crate at night but prefers free roam during the day-and she does great with it! A fenced yard is a must , as she will try to slip out an open door. <br/><br/>To keep Eloise looking fabulous, she will require grooming every six weeks. She is still adjusting to grooming and will need a patient adopter to help her feel comfortable.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a loyal little shadow with a soft heart and a sassy streak, Eloise might just be your girl.<br/><br/>Eloise is spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. She is currently being fostered in Southern Lancaster County.
