Eloise here. I’m 8 years old (about 56 in dog years) and after all this time, I somehow ended up in a shelter… which feels like a pretty raw deal, if you ask me. I’m a little bit of a hot mess right now, but can you blame me? I’m stuck in this loud shelter trying to figure out what just happened.<br/><br/>The good news? Underneath my slightly frazzled situation, I’m a really good girl. I appear housebroken, I take treats gently, and I’m smart. I was very appropriate during my dog assessment with other dogs, and while my opinion on cats is still a mystery, what I really want is a person of my own.<br/><br/>I’m about 45 pounds of sweet, slightly unhinged pitty mix charm — and we’re hoping to get me out of here before “slightly unhinged” turns into full hot mess express.
