Meet Elmo! He is a young boy (around 7 months old) who was surrendered to the shelter after the person had him for 24 hours. He is very unhappy in a kennel and hopes someone out there is looking for a summer buddy! He just needs someone to invest some time in him and show him how to be part of a family. He has recently joined the doggy play group and LOVES it! He's an energetic boy who could get worn out playing with his friends! He has been jostled around too much in his young life.
