Meet Elmer. Elmer was found roaming the streets, but you would never know it by his gentle spirit. He is incredibly sweet, friendly, and eager to connect with the people around him. At just about 10 months old, Elmer is still a puppy at heart, with so much love to give. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has tested negative for disease. Elmer is new to us and we are still getting to know him, but his calm, affectionate disposition already suggests he would do wonderfully in a home with children and other animals. Elmer is ready for a fresh start with a family who will give him the safety and love he deserves.
