Shell follow you around the house, stay close, and snuggle up in bed at night. Shes also protective of the people she loves — barking or growling at new faces until she decides theyre part of the pack. For some, this may take time (a few months even!), but treats and patience go a long way with Ellie. Once youre in, youre in forever.<br/><br/>Ellie May is great with kids, cats, and other dogs, and she absolutely must go to a home with another friendly dog. Shes grown up around dogs and truly depends on canine companionship. Ellie is full of energy — she doesnt walk from room to room, she zooms!
