Ellie's Story

Ellie is goofy, carefree, and guaranteed to make you laugh! This sweet girl has a personality that's impossible not to love. Ellie first came to us in 2023 as a stray and was adopted into a home. Sadly, her adopter later experienced homelessness and was arrested, and Ellie ultimately found herself back at the pound through no fault of her own. Now, she's ready for the happy ending she deserves. Ellie is estimated to be 7-8 years old, but don't let that fool you, she certainly doesn't act her age! She has plenty of energy, loves a good zoomie, and has just the right amount of goofy mischief to keep life fun. As far as we know, Ellie hasn't lived with other dogs, but we'd be happy to arrange a meet and greet to see if she has a canine friend waiting for her! If you're looking for a dog who can be your therapist, adventure buddy, comedian, and BFF all rolled into one, Ellie is your girl.
