Ella and Rocco are a bonded pair that has returned to rescue after 8 years. They both hail from Odessa Texas but were not together at that time and were adopted months apart. Their Mom is having major medical issues and is no longer healthy enough to care for them. Rocco and Ella are absolutely devastated to be back at the shelter.
