Elizabeth arrived in rescue after coming from a home with too many pups that could no longer care for her. She has settled into foster care nicely and her foster mom says: Meet Elizabeth — Queen Elizabeth 👑 Elizabeth isn’t loud about love. She doesn’t demand it. She just quietly offers it… and somehow gives you exactly what you didn’t know you needed. When you come home, she greets you with a soft, happy “heyyyyy”—just the calm relief of a soul who’s been waiting for her people. Once she knows you’re home, she settles in, content simply knowing she belongs. Elizabeth is the definition of easy. A little attention fills her cup. She’s happiest chewing on a bone, gently squeaking a toy, stretched out on cool tile, or laying in the sun like she finally has nowhere else to be. She doesn’t need constant entertainment—she just wants to exist near someone who loves her. The Queen could lose a little weight, and she’s hoping for a family who will walk beside her through that journey with patience and kindness. Not an overly active home—just one that believes in her and cheers her on, one step at a time.<br/>She does need to be an only dog, so she can be the queen of her perch. Elizabeth is crate trained, house trained (with her outdoor time and on a schedule), walks well on leash, and absolutely loves the backyard. If you have a screened-in patio where she can lay, watch the world, and nap the day away… you might actually be her dream come true. Elizabeth doesn’t need much. She just needs someone. Someone to come home to. Someone to lay in the sun with. Someone to love her for exactly who she is. And in return, she’ll give you quiet loyalty, peaceful companionship, and a heart that feels like home.
