Elfie is a very nervous boy and takes some time to decompress. He loves his crate, and likes to observe what is going on safely from his crate! Elfie is super house trained, has been wonderful with all the dogs here in foster. He loves his people, and gets so excited for a rub down! Elfie will need a home that can give him time to come out and be himself.
