1/5/26: Hello from 'behind bars'!! Just kidding, I'm now at the rescue's Prison Program and won't be available for adoption until 2/3/26. Until then, let's see what all I learn! --- 12/20/25: Meet Elian Elian came to us as a stray from Maryland with little known about his past, but he's quickly showing us who he is now - a sweet, attentive boy with a big heart. When Elian arrived, he was thin with rough, weathered ears, suggesting a hard start in life. Despite that, he is incredibly lovable and eager to connect. He's food motivated and enjoys learning, and we've recently discovered that he loves playing in the snow - a simple joy that seems to make him truly happy. Elian is looking for a home that will continue to show him kindness, warmth, and stability, and help him leave his rough beginnings behind.
