Meet Edgar!<br/><br/>Edgar came into our care a few weeks ago as a stray through local police, and went unclaimed. Now that we have had him to the vet, and got him up to date on his vet work he is now ready for a new home! Edgar is around 55 - 60 pounds, and we are estimating him to be at least 8 years old. Despite his age and some arthritis in his hips and knees Edgar still has a lot of get up and go! We have also started him on some supplements and pain management for his arthritis which seems to be really helping him. If you can't find him sunning himself in his favorite napping spot you can find him being a typical Hound following his nose and sniffing around. Edgar does enjoy going on walks, but he prefers to choose the route and pace of the walk. For a Hound he isn't very vocal but if he decides he wants something like a treat or his dinner he will let you know with a few good barks!
