Meet Eddy! Eddy is a loving dog who is ready to have a new start in life. This handsome guy has unfortunately learned in his past that life is not always kind. Because of his rough start, new things can often feel scary to him at first, but underneath that caution is a dog who truly wants to do well and try his best to impress people. <br/><br/>Once Eddy has time to get to know you, his sweet personality shines. He is a devoted snuggler and can sometimes think that he is a lap dog. Eddy finds a lot of comfort being curled up with someone that he trusts. When he feels safe, Eddy will be sure to show off his playful side with his zoomies around the yard. Eddy's speed and lack of coordination when he gets the zoomies is sure to keep you laughing. Since Eddy came to the Shelter he has shown himself to be a really great walking buddy. Plus he love his Octopus toys, picking them up and showing them to all passerbys. What a sweetheart!<br/><br/>Because of his past, Eddy is still learning some of the basics. He will need a patient adopter who will see progress in small victories and use positive reinforcement to encourage Eddy every step of the way.
