Echo's Story

Meet Echo!
Echo is a gorgeous, 12-month-old German Shepherd with a loving heart and an eager-to-please personality!

This sweet girl just can’t seem to catch a break. She originally entered rescue through no fault of her own when her owner became ill and could no longer care for her. Echo then thrived in foster care before being adopted into a wonderful home. Sadly, two months later, her adopter lost his job and is moving out of state—leaving Echo searching for stability once again.

Echo has lived successfully with two large male dogs and loved romping around with them. She’s also been completely unbothered by the four resident cats. She plays hard, but she listens well when her dog friends tell her it’s time to settle down. Echo also lived with a teenager, whom she adored.

This smart, trainable girl already knows all her basic commands, is crate trained, and has completed e-collar training. She is also trained to an electric fence. Echo will thrive with an adopter who has German Shepherd or working-breed experience and can continue her training.

Echo is spayed and up to date on vaccines. A vet check and home visit are required as well as a $400 adoption fee. If you think Echo could be the perfect fit for your family, please message us for an application: squeakandbeans@gmail.com
