Echo's Story

Introducing Echo!

**Echo's adoption fee has been paid in full by a generous donor**
*Echo is at our Fresh Start Prison Training Program*

Echo came from a rural environment with very limited early socialization, so the world felt big and unfamiliar when he first arrived. New people, leashes, and everyday experiences were all brand new to him.

But this gentle boy has been steadily finding his confidence, and its been beautiful to watch. He has an estimated Birth Date of 03/03/26 and currently weighs 31lbs. We think he'd do good with dogs, cats and kids.

Echo is naturally reserved, the kind of pup who takes his time to feel safe but once he does, his sweetness shines. He's a soft, snuggly boy who leans in for affection and enjoys quiet moments with his people. As he continues to come out of his shell, you'll see glimpses of his playful, energetic side too, a mix of cattle dog and husky spirit.

He's learning to walk on a leash, greet new people, and explore. Echo will thrive in a patient home that lets him warm up at his own pace. Offer him kindness, and he'll offer you loyalty, sweetness, and a bond that feels truly earned.

Visit our website: www.hsmcohio.org and get started by filling out an adoption application.

Our adoption fees vary, Shelter Dogs are $180, Prison Dogs are $250, Puppies are $300, and Popular Pure-Breeds are $400.
