A caring foster reached out for help, and we jumped into action to get him safe.<br/><br/>He was adopted quickly, but a few months later he was returned when his family discovered he is deaf. Combined with his happy puppy energy, it was more than they felt prepared for. With consistency and mindful leash handling, Echo absolutely thrives.<br/><br/>He’s not a “project” — he’s a dog who wants to connect, learn, and be someone’s boy. He just needs a family willing to embrace his unique way of experiencing the world.<br/><br/>Echo is working hard to be the best boy... now he just needs someone willing to see how special he truly is.
