Echo's Story

Meet Echo – The Easygoing Adventure Buddy! <br/>Echo is a playful, loyal companion who’s ready to find his forever home. He’s crate trained, has obedience training under his belt, and loves to play fetch! While he’ll happily join you for a walk around the property, a hike, or a camping trip, he’s also perfectly content to sniff around and entertain himself. Echo doesn’t need a “go, go, go” lifestyle — he’s just as happy to relax after some playtime.<br/><br/> Echo’s Best Qualities:<br/>• Social & affectionate with people<br/>• Loves fetch, walks, and outdoor time<br/>• Crate trained & obedience trained<br/>• Content to self-entertain and enjoy sniffing adventures<br/><br/>Not His Favorite Things:<br/>• Male dogs<br/>• Cats or small animals, he’s got quite the prey drive.<br/><br/> His Ideal Home:<br/>Echo would thrive in a home where he gets both companionship and freedom to enjoy his own adventures. CoDa Canine Obedience's Adoption Policy
We require an initial meet and greet after the applicant has filled out our application. After the meet and greet we schedule socialization days with the other dogs in the home. On these days, the adopter would drop their pets off at our facility for us to work on relationship building with the new dog being adopted. From there we then do 2 - 3 private lesson at our facility to show the new owners what their new companion has learned while being with us. We then schedule an inhome visit where we go to them with their new dog and do a lesson in the home. After that lesson we leave the dog with them and schedule a follow up lesson 2 weeks after the dog went home.
