Earl's Story
We know, he's stunning! Earl is a 1.5yr old Border Collie x. He is such a sweet and loving boy! You can tell right away when you meet him just how smart that he is! Earl has great recall and he knows sit/shake! He does great with other dogs! He did live with cats but sometimes would play a bit rough with them, so he would do best with a dog savvy cat if he goes to a home with any feline friends. He has been around multiple kids, and gets most excited around little kids. Sometimes in his excitement he will jump all over them and knock them over. He would do best in a home without goats as he isn't a fan of them. Earl is 35lbs and his adoption fee is $200 plus tax.

We do our very best in providing truthful information about our adoptable dogs. If you do not see information about one of our dogs’ personalities, it is because we do not know much about them yet. We do appreciate a dog meet and greet to see if the dogs are compatible, an appointment is helpful but not required. We can complete a cat introduction at the shelter in a safe manner to get a sense of the dog’s behavior towards cats. With that knowledge, we will provide a blanket statement that you are ultimately responsible for keeping your cat safe. We recommend crate training for all our dogs while they adjust to a new home environment. Please bring along your family to meet the dog you’re looking at to see that it is a good fit. Also bring landlord permission for adopting a dog which includes any breed or weight restrictions.
