Meet Dwayne!

Hi! I’m Dwayne. I’ve been waiting for my best friend to take me home for over 2 years now. I’m not sure what’s taking so long for my best friend to find me... maybe they keep getting lost. But that’s okay! I’m sure they’ll come for me soon. If you see them, can you please tell them where to find me?

I’m 4 years old and have a lot going for me. I’m *obviously* very handsome. I’m crate trained, potty trained, a professional dog toy tester, and the fastest runner you’ll ever meet! I LOVE to zoom around the yard! I used to get a little “too” excited when meeting people because I always thought it might be MY person! But humans didn’t really like that so I’ve worked hard to tone that down. I’m very energetic and have a real zest for life but after wearing myself out I’m a big love bug and like to cuddle.

Dwayne is available for adoption through Ma Paws & Me Pet Rescue based out of Watertown, WI. He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, up to date on all age appropriate vaccines, and current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $325. To apply please visit mapawsmepetrescue.com

All Ma, Paws & Me Pet Rescue dogs are in homes with foster families; we do not have a shelter where dogs are available for daily viewing.

Our process is as follows:
1. Review our policies and adoption radius on our website: http://mapawsmepetrescue.com/adopt/
2. Submit an application for review and approval;
3. MPM Rescue reviews application and checks vet records and references;
4. MPM foster contacts approved applicant(s) to arrange a home check and meeting with available dog(s);
5. If there is a good fit, adoption is completed with a contract and fees (payable via check or cash).

Dogs from Ma, Paws & Me Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
- Spay/Neuter surgery
- Age appropriate vaccinations
- Heartworm test (for dogs over 6mo) and treatment if positive
- Microchip
- Deworming
- Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
- Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian
