Dusty's Story

Dusty was adopted about a year ago. He is estimated to be 2 -2 1/2 years old. He is a German Shepherd and has been neutered, microchipped and is up to date on all of his vaccines.

He is super sweet, loyal, and loves to cuddle. He received some obedience training, is housebroken , and crate trained as well. Dusty is a your typical German shepherd and needs daily exercise. He loves to play and you will always see him carrying a ball in his mouth while walking. He enjoys riding in the car and adventures. He requires a secure fenced in yard where he can run and play with his ball.

He prefers adults who are confident with the breed, and would do best in home with children over 16 years old. We are looking for an adult-only home (or a home with teenagers) where there are no young children visiting. Dusty gets nervous around young children.

Dusty seems to like female dogs that aren't bossy and can be male dog selective. He really enjoys his humans and being part of their daily routine following them around and participating in everything. Dusty is very curious about all things, a typical shepherd.

Dusty has so much love to give to the right person or couple and we want to make sure he is placed in the right home where he can continue to thrive. Dusty is located in Fort Mill, SC.

If you are interested in Dusty, please contact:

Laurie at

lauriedettinger@gmail.com

Blue Moon Shepherd Rescue only adopts to applicants in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
