Meet Dulcinea!<br/><br/>Hello! My name is Dulcinea, and Im a happy little mixed-breed girl around 2 to 3 years old weighing about 15 pounds. When my rescuer found me, I weighed only 13 pounds, but with lots of love and good meals, Ive filled out and am feeling fantastic!<br/><br/>Im the perfect mix of loving, spirited, and playful. Whether were playing with toys, exploring the yard, or snuggling after a fun day, Im happiest when Im spending time with my people.<br/><br/>One of my best qualities is my friendly heart. Even though I was once left to survive on the streets, I havent let that change how I feel about people. I enjoy meeting children and the adults I know, and my cheerful personality has a way of making everyone smile. I also love trying to make new dog friends and usually invite them to play whenever I get the chance.<br/><br/>Im already potty trained, which means Im ready to settle into my new home with a great head start. I cant wait to meet my forever family and start our next adventure together!<br/><br/>I was rescued in Texas and Im looking for a foster to adopt in the northern states. <br/>What that means is that the lucky family that wants to add me to their family has 2-3 weeks to get to know me before deciding if I am the right fit for their home. If I am not, my rescue will find me another foster to adopt up north asap.<br/>My rescue thinks is best for my humans not to feel pressured to take a decision and need time to get to know me, and need time to add me to their routine to see if we are a match before making the life decision to adopt me. <br/>I have my luggage ready to board transport and leave Texas behind!
