This poor girl was found with two pups who died after being on the streets. She was matted so they clipped her down. She flies over from Puerto Rico 1-3 and will be looking for a loving calm family

Hope for Dogs and Cats PR's Adoption Policy

We use a google form. An applicant must be over 18 and needs two personal references, a vet reference if appropriate, and a discussion with a team member to help make the best match for yourself as well as the animal.

Our Mission

To bring awareness to the homeless dog and cat crisis in Puerto Rico and support island based rescuers in finding homes for cats and dogs. To support any local animal surrenders and provide education to school age children about rescue. To coordinate with down south shelters pulling pups on the euthanasia list.
