Duke's Story
Some pets are in the Shelter and others in Foster homes. Please read the bio & email the address listed in the bio.
Additionally for CATS you may email JShelton@eulesstx.gov
and for DOGS, email trinitygapclub@gmail.com

Duke was adopted from
GAP 4 years ago. His family is moving and decided they “don’t want to deal with a dog anymore.” What’s even worse, they were about to surrender him to the FTW shelter. Thats not an easy place for a bully breed to make it out of. Duke stood in a parking lot and watched his family drive away, sadly he’s unaware it’s FOREVER.
Duke is a chonky boy at 80 lbs, however, we will help him slim down, but in the meantime, it’s just more of him to love. He’s fully vetted (neutered, chipped, UTD on shots and microchipped). He’s a great car rider, dog friendly and loves attention. He could use some leash manners and GAP has their volunteer trainers working with him.
Duke is a snuggle bug and LOVES attention. He doesn’t know a stranger and deserves to live out his life in a home where he will be cherished as a member of the family and never be left behind.

jgressett@sbcglobal.net to inquire about fostering or adoption. Duke’s size and breed will require a home with a minimum 6’ fence.
