Duke

Duke is such a sweet boy. <br/>He is calm and patient. He is loving but not demanding. He is quiet and calm in public. He is good with kids and just thier size at only ~40 lbs.. He just needs someone to notice him and give him a chance.<br/>He came from a group of dogs that were living in the woods where people had apparently abandoned them. A nice lady tried to help them and fed them what she could. When there were over 10 unfixed dogs she became completely overwhelmed and reached out begging for help. She said we were the 75th place she contacted!!<br/>We went out to meet them and knew with winter coming we had to get the pups out first. We ended up being able to pull every dog with a very pregnant female being transferred to another rescue. We got them 5 at a time and we are just down to 3 needing homes. It has been nearly a year that Duke has been waiting to be noticed!!!<br/>The other 2 still here that came in with Duke are Sissy and Blue.<br/>Duke is a friendly but submissive boy. He would make someone a fantastic pet with a little time and one on one attention. <br/>He is neutered, heartworm tested, fully vaccinated and microchipped. <br/>For more information please text Andrea at 573-489-6223.
