A very sweet woman raised Duke since he was just a puppy, and while she gave him lots of love, she couldn’t give him the training and socialization he needed when he was young. He didn’t get exposed to many things which left him unsure about new situations. Now, at a year old, Duke is learning manners, how to walk on a leash and ride in a car, and with slow, thoughtful introduction as he can still get overwhelmed, how to play with people and other dogs. He’s a high-energy boy who likes treats, toys, playing, cuddling and being pet absolutely everywhere.<br/><br/>Duke is becoming a sweet and confident dog. He’s catching on FAST and is looking for a patient adopter to help continue his training.
