Duffy's Story
Sweet Duffy has had a rough start to life. He and his siblings were found at a garbage dump in Northern Manitoba. They were so fortunate to be discovered by a local dog rescue that connected with Flights for Hope. D

Duffy and one littermate were flown to Toronto and are doing well. They have been vaccinated, dewormed, treated for any parasites and bathed.

He is approximately 12 weeks old and weighs in at 8 pounds. He is underweight but gaining nicely. His skin condition needs to improve and he's already had a warm soothing bath.

It has been recommended that he get medicated baths with conditioner a few more times. He's currently eating Royal Canin dry mixed with canned and is a good eater.

He has a lovely disposition and attached very quickly to his foster mom and dad.
He adores his littermate and wants to be near her as often as he can. He can be quite
vocal when she is not nearby. A home with another dog might bode well for Duffy.
He loves all his toys and plays nicely with them. As a puppy, he's not yet housetrained but is on the road to success already - he's one clever boy!

Remember that puppies require a lot of time and dedication so be ready to commit and pack your patience for puppies
