Meet sweet Dudley! Dudley is an adorable, shy, five-year-old miniature poodle who has just been rescued from an Amish puppy mill, where he has spent his whole life in a cage. Seeing this big world and living in a house is all new to him, and he is learning so much and is such a good boy. Dudley is very shy and quiet and will need someone patient, and with time to help him learn to trust. He is nothing but pure sweetness and is doing awesome at his foster’s and his adorable little personality is starting to come out and it is so rewarding and exciting. He is just learning that it’s safe to come out of his crate and finding he loves to be petted. He is crate trained and sleeps all night quietly. Dudley has never had an accident in his crate and is working hard on house training and making progress. Dudley does great being left free in the home with another dog while his foster parents are away. He is great with other dogs and cats. Dudley would do best in a calm home and finds his confidence and security in other dogs, so we require another friendly dog to be in the home, as that is who he is going to learn the most from. We also require a fenced in yard, as it will take time for him to learn where he belongs. Dudley loves to go outside on a leash with his foster mom and explore this big world. He will take some time to come out of his shell and is going to make a wonderful family member.
