Duck's Story

Duck is a lovely little low rider that has a personality that wins over everyone she meets. She is people friendly, kid friendly, cat friendly, and dog friendly, though she will loudly voice her complaints if another dog runs her over or looks at her sideways while she eats. Otherwise, she plays well with other dogs and enjoys their company. Duck loves nothing more then to have a familiar lap to sit on while receiving gentle pats.

She’s house trained during her 2 to 4 hour indoor sessions and is a grazer with her meals in her kennel. Duck goes into her kennel willingly to curl up on some cozy blankets. When first in the kennel, she gives a few raspy barks, but settles quickly. She’s also okay out of the kennel alone for reasonable periods and will find a comfy corner to rest in while the world spins 'round.

Duck is a gentle, social and goofy little pigeon toed pocket potato who loves meeting strangers, enjoys affection, and brings big joy despite her short stature.

She is microchipped, heartworm negative, spayed, and up to date on all vaccines, DAPP, kennel cough, and rabies. Duck would love to waddle her way in to her forever home. If you think she could be a good fit in your home, apply to adopt her at the link below.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdy9NUdRzsagXgNJ7xhCHp5LZnTUYFxN-2jh4HgXKTou9k-tA/viewform
