🐾❤️ Meet the cheerful and resilient, Duchess❤️🐾<br/><br/>We believe Duchess is a seven year-old pocket Bully mix. This girl has been through so much in her life. Based on her body condition, we believe she was a crate breeder. She has had many litters, and her body has certainly been worn down.<br/><br/>The thing is, you would never know on her happy personality! This girl, adores people, gets along well with dogs and cats, and is grateful for any attention she receives. She would love nothing more than to cuddle on the couch with her favorite people for the rest of her life<br/><br/>This sweet lady is now up-to-date on her medical care. She needed a spay, surgical repair of a giant hernia, and repair for Entropion of her right eye. She is also been brought up-to-date on vaccinations, wormer, and flea and tick medication. There are some things that we cannot fix, but that do not seem to cause her any difficulties. Her teeth have been significantly worn down and because of her history in the crate, she wouldn’t likely never be your long distance, hiking companion.<br/><br/>We do not believe that Duchess has ever lived full-time in a house. This does mean that in her seven years she has never been potty trained. In her foster home, she has done excellently on a schedule, but she will need support in her new home to help her understand. We also do not believe that she has ever received basic training, but her sweet personality means that she is very directable, and just wants to please.<br/><br/>We know her perfect home is out there. A family she can call her own, a couch, which she can rest for the rest of her days. If you think that you can give that to her, please apply!<br/><br/>NOTE: she still needs to recover from her multiple surgeries.
