Dublin's Story

<p>The Valley Animal Center is open for adoption 7 days a week 10:00am – 4:30pm. Every potential adopter is required to submit an Adoption Application to be considered for adoption. Once the application is approved, there is a $85.00 adoption fee for cats and an adoption fee for dogs $175.00. No cat will be allowed to leave the shelter unless they are in an approved pet carrier and no dog will be allowed to leave unless on a leash.</p>
