Drea's Story

Meet Drea!

Hi I’m Drea! I’m a rags to riches story for sure. I am 100% in need a fairytale ending, because my beginning was not at all a happily ever after kind of story...

I grew up in a muddy, disgusting yard, with little to no human interaction. Love and Affection? What do those words mean? I had never had anything like that EVER...until I was saved. And even now I’m trying to make sense of it all and learn that people like to snuggle (really had no idea what this one was.. not sure I like it yet but I tolerate it since it seems pretty nice) and pet me...I’m trying to adjust, understand and learn that life isn’t so scary when someone is around to love me.

I’m your typical, Slow and Steady wins the race, kind of gal!! I’m looking for someone who will work with me, and give me time to figure out what this life thing really SHOULD be like. I’m cautious and wary of new people and things, but I really want to keep learning what this love thing really means.

I need a hero. A protector. Someone to come sweep me off my feet, show me life isn’t so scary with people, and treat me with the fairy tale ending I deserve. Oh! And another dog to help show me the ropes on how to manage this new life.

She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, and current with all vaccines (as appropriate for her age) and on flea and heartworm prevention. Drea is currently being fostered in South Carolina.

ADOPT DREA!! www.LuckyPupRescueSC.com The adoption fee is $375.00 and we require a vet check and home visit.
