Drake 's Story

Drake came to us from the family of a woman who had dementia and could no longer care for him. The left him with a groomer who quickly fell in love with him and wants to make sure he goes to the very best home! Drake is 4 years old and weighs 9 lbs. As little dogs usually do, he has a big personality. Big lover, lots of affection, loves toys, loves to run around outside and gets along with other little dogs (he has not been tested with big dogs). What he does not like is men so he needs a female household. He lets his foster mom do anything she needs to do to take care of him and he is fully housebroken! He. has a flea allergy and came to use without hair before we took care of that. So long as he is on preventative (like all dogs need to be!), he will have his thick beautiful coat. Drake has been fully vetted and microchipped, all included in his $500 adoption fee. All of our dogs are still down south unless it is indicated in the listing. Your first step is to fill out the application below. When we receive a completed application we will get back to you and arrange a telephone interview to make sure you and the pup are a good fit. Once that has been established, we will check references and if all goes well you adopt him/her prior to their arrival. Then we can bring your dog up north, mostly within a week or two!
