Meet Dozer!<br/><br/>Dozer is a gentle, loving soul who has been waiting far too long for someone to choose him. After his owner was arrested, Dozer found himself alone in a shelter—but despite everything, he remains incredibly sweet and deeply people-oriented.<br/><br/>He lives for affection: hugs, cuddles, chew bones, and peaceful “sniff and stroll” walks. On hikes and neighborhood walks, Dozer is a dream on leash, calmly passing other dogs, runners, and cyclists with ease.<br/><br/>Dozer wants to be someone’s one and only. He would do best as the only dog in the home and needs a cat-free environment where he can feel safe and secure. With structure and routine, he thrives into a loyal, devoted companion.<br/><br/>Because of his happy, wiggly excitement when first coming out of his kennel, Dozer would do best in a home without small children. What he’s truly waiting for is a patient heart and a forever home that won’t give up on him.<br/><br/>Dozer is neutered and up to date on vaccinations and undergoing heartworm treatment (we will continue to support his adopter with treatments until he tests negative) and ready for his forever home!
