Dove's Story

Dove is a breathtaking chocolate Lab girl with the softest eyes and the sweetest soul. She made the long journey from Oklahoma with her littermates and is now safe, loved, and patiently waiting for a family to call her own. Dove came from a litter that included black, silver, and chocolate puppies. Both parents looked very much like Labs, and this entire group is incredibly consistent with the Labrador breed in both appearance and temperament. That said, as a rescue, we never guarantee 100% purebred — sometimes there’s a little mystery mixed in, and we think that just adds to their story. Dove has that classic Lab heart: • Gentle and affectionate • Friendly with everyone she meets • Eager to please • Loyal and people-oriented She looks at you like you’re her whole world. She wants to be near her people, soaking up attention and giving love right back. Dove has been started on crate training and is doing excellent. She’s a smart girl who is off to a wonderful start and will blossom beautifully with continued guidance and love.
