Dougie

Dougie is a little timid, but sweet talking him goes a long way. We like to call him a “purse dog” because he would rather be carried around or doted on by his person, than to walk anywhere himself. He is the perfect size to take with you everywhere, only weighing 6-7 pounds. Dougie is still young, so he has many many years of love to give someone. He doesn’t like being kennels, although he doesn’t make a fuss for long if he absolutely must be confined. He definitely prefers to be with you. He gets along with other animals that are his size. The larger ones scare him but he learns to stay out the way. He’s not a typical yappy chihuahua, just prefers to be wherever you are. He ignores cats.
