Dory's Story

Meet Miss Dory! A 11 year old, 52 pound, female, shepherd/hound mix. Dory might be a senior dog, but don't let her age fool you, she is full of life and vigor and expects you to keep up with her. Dory is an incredible dog that loves anyone and everyone.

Before coming to our shelter, Dory lived a fantastic life, spending 10 years with her previous owner and family. Unfortunately, Dory's previous owner passed away. We're hoping to find a wonderful family and home for Dory, she is a truely loving and amazing dog and would be a great addition to any family.

Dory is house-trained, leash-trained, very intelligent and very playful. She loves romping around the yard, meeting other dogs for a run, but also enjoys slowing down and curling up next to you on the sofa. Dory is a loving girl who deserves to continue to share her affections with a new family.

Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
