Dora's Story

Dora is about 2 years old and weighs about 30 lbs. She's really sweet and loving, and loves to stand up to be petted. She has a soft greyish brown coloring like a weimaraner and a kind of chocolate-colored saddle. She was brought to the shelter with a large litter of newborns. Now she's fully vetted and ready for a loving home.
For the $60 adoption fee, this animal has received rabies shot, heartworm test, puppy shot, worming, and spay/ neuter--and sometimes a considerable investment of services and treatments.

We set up at our new location on 50 Railroad Street, Sylva, NC every Saturday from noon until 4 or 5 PM.
