Dopey (7 Dwarfs)

*Dopey will be flown from Puerto Rico to his foster home in Gladstone, OR on 10/25/25. Submit an application early to be considered for his home match, as only approved adopters will be scheduled a meet and greet. Applications will be reviewed in the order received. Thank you for adopting a Puerto Rican Sato!*<br/><br/>Mama Snowy gave birth to the 7 Dwarfs on Aug. 25th, 2025. Since then, our rescue organization scooped her and the babies up and have been caring for this canine family with appropriate vetting, preventative medication, socialization, and love. <br/><br/>This entire litter is full of love, cuddles, and playing. They are eager to greet the volunteer care team and just learning to play with toys instead of just each other's ears and legs. :) They have a puppy pee pad to assist with training, but are so young that they really haven't figured it out yet. They are all good eaters, having been properly weaned from Mama Snowy and eased into puppy starter food and then tiny puppy kibble. Because we had Mama Snowy, these babes were able to nurse up until 8 weeks old, which gives them a great foundation for future, strong, doggie health. They have also all had their first two puppy vaccines and preventative pills to begin their journey outside of the puppy area.<br/>They have shown that they understand their names (in reality, the sweet voices of our volunteers means "run up... something great is about to happen..."), and they are just such a joy. <br/><br/>Please follow us at The Puerto Rico Dog Fund (PRDF) on Instagram to catch up on their development updates, see the full litter, and see what's happening. Apply early, as these little munchkins are slated to fly to fosters in NY as well as WA and we can redirect to an adopter if a certain puppy interests you more (you just have to be approved before their various off-island fly dates to pre-arranged fosters).<br/><br/>Let's give the 7 Dwarfs a great life!!!
