Doobie 's Story

Doobie came to Seymour Mutts Rescue in early February. We think that Doobie is a chihuahua mix and the vet said she's a bit chonky at 17 pounds. She's a world-class cuddle buddy who tucks herself into bed and snuggles up with her human. She doesn't pay much attention to the cats in her foster home and mostly ignores the two resident pit bulls as well. Doobs is pretty low key inside and is mostly housetrained, though she still has occasional accidents (mostly during inclement weather). We think Doobie is around 4 years old.

Dogs at Seymour Mutts Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:

Spay/neuter
Rabies, distemper (DHPP), and bordetella vaccines
Microchip
Heartworm testing for dogs over 6 months of age
Deworming
Heartworm and flea/tick preventative

We believe in lowering the barriers to adoption and because of this we do not require a minimum adoption fee.
