She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. Donut is currently being fostered in the Scotts Valley, CA area. <br/><br/>Donut was placed into a foster home after having trouble adjusting to life in the shelter. She does great with other dogs playing and sharing her toys. Donut is shy and timid. It does take her a while to warm up to new people. Her foster mom reports that she has been doing well since leaving the shelter. <br/><br/>Donut needs a home with someone who will take the time to let her gain confidence and feel comfortable with new people and in her new surroundings. Another friendly dog in the family who can offer her companionship would be a big plus!<br/><br/>Donut is house-trained and has learned to use a doggie door. She is also crate-trained and feels safe in her crate. Taking walks is new to Donut, so a harness would be the most comfortable for her.
