Meet Donnelly! <br/><br/>Donnelly was found in Alvarado as a stray with his litter. He did not have much human interaction until he was around 3 months old so he is still working on learning to trust humans. Now at 1 year old he has started to learn that humans can be kind. Though he is scared at first when approached by humans and he will growl a little to let you know, but no aggression. If ignored, he comes right up to you and will sniff and licks your hand then he's your friend for life and will follow you around. He is more confident when with his fellow dogs. He plays well with other dogs. He's playful with his toys. He loves to snuggle under blankets. Knows sit and gentle when taking a treat. Still has some leash training to do. He is still timid so the leash has been a struggle for him learning how to walk with it. He'd prefer to walk between your legs where he feels safe in new environments.
