Donna Lou Who's Story

Donna Lou is an approximate 3-year-old, 25 lb., possible Cattle Dog/Heeler mix. She is a sweetheart! She is house trained, good with other dogs, has met a cat and done well, is good on a leash, and is good with kids. She spends hours chasing birds in the bushes in her fenced yard every day. Donna came from Oklahoma where she was dumped at a truck stop. We don't know her history prior to coming into our rescue other than she gave birth to at least 3 puppies that came with her. They have long been adopted. Donna would do best in a single-family home with a fenced yard so she can chase the birds and have room to play with her toys. She uses a doggie door to let herself in and out.

If you are interested in meeting Donna Lou Who, please complete an online application at https://hopeanimalrescueofiowa.duplie.com/forms/196/dog-application

Adoption fee is $250 which includes spay/neuter, microchip, and age appropriate vaccines.
