Loyal, affectionate, and always ready for cuddle time, he’s the perfect mix of fun and sweetness.<br/><br/>With his gentle, goofy, and easygoing demeanor, Donkey can fit beautifully into almost any family once he has a little time to settle in. He does great with other dogs and warms up to people once he gets comfortable.<br/><br/>He absolutely loves to be close to his people and snuggle.  Donkey will give you endless kisses if you let him :-)  He's low key and lounging is what he likes best.<br/><br/>Donkey was born in rescue where all the dogs lived in outdoor kennels—so being inside has been a true luxury for him.  Since being in foster, he is crate trained but can be trusted to free roam.<br/><br/>This sweet boy just needs someone willing to take a chance on him. Mid America Bully Breed Rescue's Adoption Policy
When you have selected the dog(s) that you are interested in, the first step is to fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application, an adoption specialist will be in touch with you within 72 hours to discuss your application, your home situation and the dog you are interested in. (There are times it may take longer depending on application volume.) Once screening is complete and we feel that an MABBR dog is the right choice for you, we will conduct a home visit. Since MABBR is a volunteer run organization, the adoption process may take a few weeks. Please be patient as this process is very important to ensuring the best possible match between you and one of our adoptables.
