Domino's Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Domino is a gorgeous Cocker Spaniel in search of his forever family. He's been very busy learning all about life outside of a breeding kennel.

He's still a bit shy - especially when meeting new people and being put in new situations/environments. He will need a family willing to help him continue to build his confidence and learn new things.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

Physically fenced in yard to keep him safe - no invisible fences.
Domino would do best with a resident dog in his forever home to help show him the ropes and boost his confidence.
*All SFCR dogs are current on age-appropriate vaccinations (rabies, distemper, bordetella, and lepto), spayed/neutered (if at least 6 months of age), tested for heartworm & tick-borne diseases, receive dentals if needed, are started on preventatives for heartworm and fleas/ticks, and microchipped.

Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have received limited socialization, so they generally require extra time to settle in and acclimate. Skills like house training, leash walking, and mastering stairs may require a little extra practice. However, with understanding, patience, and a gentle hand, most of our dogs adapt quite quickly.
